I think I am done with overpriced brunch buffets in Vegas. I have a feeling this might be a great place for dinner but brunch left my wallet lighter and my group underwhelmed. We paid the $15 each extra for the bottomless mimosas/bloody Mary's which was a pretty good deal. The food itself while not bad by any means, was just ok. I liked how everything was on it's own plate and not just in a giant tray cooked together. They were actually dishing out some good stuff like eggs Benedict, meat carved in front of you, bagels and salmon, sushi, cheeses, ravioli and more. I felt like some of the food wasn't very appetizing and even skipped multiple trays wishing there were more breakfast foods like bacon, quiche, biscuits and those types of dishes. The cheese, toast, salad and fruit bar was amazing but where were all the creative and real home cooked breakfasty dishes at? There wasn't much on the breakfast end of things. The waitress who was serving out drinks pretty much forgot about us the whole time and we had to flag her down and remind her that we were waiting for the drinks we had ordered. I definitely enjoyed Caesar's Palace brunch buffet more.
