Great story about this place. Got contact exam here like 8-10 months ago. Ordered contacts through my insurance. I switch between contacts and glasses so that much time had passed and I still had a fair amount of contacts remaining. My kids (2-3 years olds) decided it would be a wonderful idea to open all the contacts and play with them. Agh! Called valley eye care to get a copy of my prescription and the front desk questioned why I needed more already. Were they not fitting right? So I gave them my lame story. And they said no problem. When my husband went to pick the prescription up.... not only did they have a set for me to use immediately, but no, they had ordered me a new box (on them) to replace the ones I had. Because hey! Kids are great, but they can cause havoc.
