DOWNTOWN STAPLE.
"Eat" is a wonderfully situated breakfast/lunch spot whose intimacy and wonderful food make it appealing to all. The menu is perfectly balanced that combines many must have entrees with a solid stable of quality sides to order. One could order an entire meal off the a la carte section and be completely satisfied with its pricing and portions.
The Cinnamon Biscuits are well made and complemented perfectly with the strawberry sauce. The pancakes uniquely feature their own packaged butter and syrup, a nice touch because of the quality of both items. "Eat" has single handed turned me on to chicken sausage. Never had it before my visit first visit now I try it whenever I see it on a menu.
When friends visit me, as they often do, "Eat" is the the type of place I show them to give them a true glimpse of Las Vegas. A community integrated restaurant that offers great food and atmosphere. Bravo to the owners and staff. Much success ahead.
