Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I picked up a package and before I got it they made me sign for it. Then when I got it and noticed that it was damaged, the women said "it's not our problem as you signed for it". If that was the case, the least they should have done is given me the package beforehand. She then added, "it looks fine. It's just a scratch". I couldn't believe it. It's an expensive bike. They told me there was nothing they could do. I told them I'd call their support phone number and she rolled their eyes. Thankfully the part of the bike that poked out of the box that was scratched was a cap that was removed once installed. Needless to say, I'm going to avoid Puralator from now on. Fed Ex and UPS would never such a thing.
