I've been here many times now, as NextCare and even previously when this location was Advantage. The Physicians have remained the same, Dr Ash & Dr Levine. Both are both kind and thorough, gentle with my children and fairly quick in their care. Though, the receptionists always seem to lack personality, and there have been a few through there. I do lick the Medical Assistants, professional yet kind. Naturally there is a wait, however this is drastically reduced when you check-in online, it's simple and highly recommended. The waiting room is a bit cold in temperature (expected) as well as ambiance. There is a super small area behind a glass block wall for children and families but only one wood block "roller coaster" toy and a few worn board books. Overall: This is no longer the closest Urgent Care to me any longer, since they seem to be popping up everywhere (more choices of UC's than restaurants it seems). Lol. I will continue to go here as My children are already familiar with the Physicians. P.S. Tip do not go to shake Dr Levine's hand he will refuse due to germs, smart but a little off-putting at first.
