Both the staff and doctor (Dau) are shockingly unprofessional. Staff is completely unresponsive and does not return phone calls. When you finally get ahold of them and ask why they don't return calls, you can expect a very responsive call from the doctor himself telling you to treat his staff better or find another doctor. Dr. Dau's malicious bullying leaves me with absolutely no confidence in his capabilities as a professional, and I will not let him anywhere near my son. I will sooner go to a different office, city, state, or even country before subjecting my son to this office.
