APC plumbing was sent by the home warranty company to investigate a clogged kitchen drain that leaked out the washer drain. They said that there was no clean-out installed, so they could not "snake the drain". I had a second plumber come to install a clean out, and there was one already installed. The second plumber was out of pocket. Next, they also charged me for the visit, even though I pre-paid with the home warranty company. I did not authorize the second transaction. So in short, they didn't repair my problem, they couldn't find the clean-out and told me a I need to install one (it was next to the washer), and finally, they charged me a second time.
