Every transaction I've had with Tempe KIA has been great. I bought a new Kia Sorento and everyone I dealt with (Chad, Bill, Crystal (service), and everyone else) were super friendly and worked with me to get into the car of my dreams. I had a little hiccup that was easily fixed and then I was on my way. They were timely and even put me in another car (free of charge) until I could get mine back. Have had NO problems at all and just have had an all around great experience. I would buy from them again and I know that others have had experiences that sound like horror stories, but from my experience, this was not the case.
