Ive been diagnosed with a blood disorder called "polycythimia vera". It is very difficult to find a flowing vein to withdraw blood. I am fully aware that it takes a skilled phlebotomist to properly do the procedure. I was there yesterday and the technician or phlebotomist or whatever the person claim to be obviously didn't have a clue because they screwed up didn't take enough blood and the blood was also compromised and not even able to be tested. This is very serious because of the nature of this disorder my blood that's too thick and this needed to be tested right away now I got to go back there two days later and have it redone in order for my doctor to give me the proper treatment what a joke never mind the hour-and-a-half wait. Not happy with Quest with there snotty staff long weights and then incompetent technicians
