We had gone to a few different pool companies in the Phoenix area. A few years prior to making our final decision to move forward on a pool, we had visited Presidential Pools and worked with Lenny Kramer. Lenny from the start was completely helpful, and had invited us to his home to have a visual on the kind of work their company offered. Due to the oversize yard that we have, the combination of the pool and landscaping was over our budget. This year, we were ready to move forward on a pool, and landscaping, and began our search again. We looked around again at some of the pool companies in the Phoenix area, and had completely ruled Shasta out. This left us with a decision between California pools and Presidential. At this point, we had done a lot more homework, and had a better understanding of what we wanted done. We again met with Lenny Kramer at Presidential. He was "Johnny on the spot" with designing what we wanted. Again, Lenny invited us to view his own pool, which he had added landscaping that gave us more perspective as to what we wanted to do with our own yard. We had made a final decision to go with Presidential, they use top of the line equipment, friendly staff, and extremely helpful Lenny. Heres the twist..... we had a pop up add that showed on my wifes Facebook page about a pool company that we hadn't heard of before. I thought I would go check them out, and after meeting with the company owner, and him coming to our house, we were provided with a design that we really liked. Not that we didn't like Lenny's design, but the different perspective appealed more to what our desires were. We decided to go with the other company. I informed Lenny, and really didn't want to make that phone call, but as usual, Lenny was very professional, and encouraging that we get what we want. He even went as far as to send us an email a few days later indicating to double check a few line items on the winning bidders contract to make 100% sure it was apples to apples. I haven't got a bad thing to say at all about Presidential, and more so, Lenny. He is certainly a top notch guy, and was a pleasure to work with, and educate us. If you have the opportunity, ask for Lenny Kramer when you go to Presidential.
