I may be one of the few people who actually likes their insurance agent. Before AZ Insurance Team, I had an agent who was a retired sports professional. Out of the blue I got a message from the person who bought his client list. Never anything other than a basic "we will be the name on your charge from now on". I wasn't very happy and wanted more service.
I met Charlotte and Steve through a ribbon cutting and felt comfortable talking to both of them right away. I think Charlotte actually enjoys knowing EVERYTHING about insurance and Steve is a car guy much like myself.
It's great when I shop for a new car, I get input from Steve about deals out there and fun cars to own/drive and Charlotte gives me advice about which ones will be easiest on the pocketbook. Big help since I change cars every year at least.
Since then I sent some friends over and they have all had a good experience. My rates also dropped while adding coverage that was more consistent with my needs.
