One day during a storm, I parked at Walmart to only find a tree had fell on top of my car's hood. The tree had also scratched the bumper cover and driver side headlight. I made a claim its Walmart, which was ultimately rejected saying it was not their fault. Even though the tree was on their property. I called my insurance company who had Caliber Collision listed as one of their body shops. I went into Caliber and was helped by Brandon. Brandon provided me with an estimate within 15 minutes. I had chosen Caliber based off previous reviews, and they did not disappoint. Caliber worked around my schedule. I could not drop my car off for 3 weeks because of things coming up. During the repair process, I would get frequent updates via text. I thought this was very nice knowing how far along the repair process was taking, and the estimate date of completion. Fast forward 4 days later and I went to pick up my car. The repair was clean. They buffed out my other headlight to match the replacement headlight, because of the dull yellow tint of sun damage. Caliber offered to return my rental car. Picking up the car, paying the deductible, and driving off took 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.
