I have wide feet, and I've gone to them to have two sets of shoes stretched-- leather flats and suede Frye boots. They did a great job on both, took about a week, cost about 10 bucks each. They give you the cost when you go in, and you can pay before or after. Plus they take cards, which some cobblers seem not to do.
They also do good work with leather bags.... I had a purse strap whose rivet had come apart, and they custom ordered the right size & color replacement and installed it. I've gone went to them to have a too-long purse strap shortened, which again was done swiftly and very well.
That's the extent of what I've had done, but I see them working on all kinds of things, from high heels to saddles. I'll go back for any other work I need on shoes or leather goods.
