We decided to buy our wedding bands from this location. The store manager was great, he was very informative and knowledgeable and that seems to be the only good experience we have had at this place. We decided to open credit with them, and every time we step foot into this place we get bad customer service. It seems like the people that work there only pay attention to you if you are going to purchase something. We have made about 5 payments so far and every single time the rep has been rude. The moment we state we are here to make a payment their whole attitude changes, and they try to rush you out of the store. This will probably be the only purchase we make with this company!
