This was my first time to come to this place. I had limited time as my daughter needed to get to work. The attendant was extremely high pressure. He was insistent that I pay $199 for a clay bar and buffing treatment due to water spots on the paint. I declined. He persisted. I told him I was on limited time. He persisted and told me I could pay for it now and bring back. He persisted two more times to the point where I told him he could either wash it or I can drive it out now with nothing. He finally walked away and left me there for five minutes. I finally found an assistant manager that I told about my experience. The guy came back then and had a smirk on his face. I felt very uneasy at this location as I felt it was very confrontational to the point I felt it could get physical. The wash was okay but it took 40 minutes for a car wash. I would not go back.
