We just got our new house serviced yesterday and I needed to comment how great Vahn was. He was very punctual because when I got there he was already doing his inspection! He is very well mannered and highly knowledgeable. He went through everything that a homeowner should know, especially with the furnace room and how to maintain it. I think his price was very reasonable. I received great service and the report was completed in less than 24 hours. He went through all the pictures he took and explained to me in simple plain English. We picked him because of his perfect reviews here on Yelp and we wouldn't want to recommend anyone else.
