Long story short: how many times have you sat at home watching the Food Network or some cooking show on TV and thought 'wow that looks interesting' and wished you could try it yourself?
Some of the menu options and flavor combinations are definitely different and might intimidate those who like to play it safe but hey, youre in Vegas! Get out of your comfort zone, be adventurous, try something new! We tried a little bit of everything and it was all good.
