We have used this company twice through our home warranty, which is a nightmare, but that's another story. It takes two days to get a call back, another two days to get on the schedule. They ordered a part that took a week. Our AC was fixed for ONE DAY, and now I cannot get them to call me back. I just complained to my home warranty again, but since they're also terrible, I will probably have to go to the BBB.
