Not the most exciting review but this place deserves some online hate for my recent service with their Groupon deal.
I bought a $39.00 Groupon for an oil change/fluid top-off (which by the way isn't even that great of a bargain to begin with).
After arriving for my appointment, they told me there was an additional $20 fee for trucks, vans, and S.U.V.'s - which is ludicrous but I was already here (and to be fair it was listed in the fine print (in size 6 font)). It took these guys four hours to complete it, and when I got back, they told me they "fixed my flat tire" for $20. I'm still very skeptical about this supposed flat, and in 2013, you call someone to confirm before completing service - if I wanted to be a dick about it I could've refused to pay.
Then there was enviro-fees and shop fees on top of it, so at the end of the day, it cost me $39 for the Groupon, 4 hours of my time, and $57.93 in additional charges. =$96.93 FOR AN OIL CHANGE (AND THIS IS A GROUPON)
Moral of the story - always read the fine print in Groupons.
Moral of the story #2 - don't trust auto body shops in the N.E.
UPDATE:
My co-worker is having some very serious issues with this shop as well. He is currently taking them to small claims court over an issue I cannot talk further about. Do not trust this business.
