I would give zero stars if possible, I guess since the staff was so friendly they can have one star. This complaint is not about the staff.. My card kept saying please see cashier, and I am disabled. I pressed the help button and they told me to try ZIP Codes other than my own, and that the machine is spastic. I made my way inside and a very friendly cashier stood with me in the heat for an additional so long as I tried all sorts of ZIP Codes. There are seven pending charges on my credit card now, and I was not able to get the card to work. I asked if there was a manager that I can speak to or a higher up, and I was met with a blank stare. I asked if it is a franchise business or what, and she told me that it has been purchased by some strange company, and I did not get a phone number that I can call and make a complaint. She says the machines have been like this forever.
