I made an apt online and was greeted and taken right away. I awoke to a flat tire in my driveway and even with air it slowly leaked back out. Much to my dismay, I had a screw imbedded in my tire and knew it would need replacement. I was assisted by Steve who was super nice and friendly to both me and my husband. We were greeted by several team members as did other customers who entered the store. I had purchased the set of 4 Yokahamas in 2012 and did get the replacement warranty and so glad I did.
The tire was replaced for free with a new 19.00 warranty on it. I opted to purchase a second tire to match. When all was said and done - 2 tires (one free), 2 warranties, rotating the tires etc .....under 200.00.
These folks have always been great over the years - this location and the one in Scottsdale at Shea/83rd street. I will be back within the year to replace the other 2 tires with these fine folks.
