I recently walked into this business looking for pools supplies. Upon arrival, I was not greeted, spoken to, or even offered help by any management or store clerk, in fact no one was even occupying the front counter. As I get to the counter to ask someone a question, I hear the manager getting angry at an employee for placing products in the wrong area of the store. This argument then erupted into a very heated dispute, with the employee causing a scene before cursing, walking out & slamming the door. At this moment I felt very uncomfortable considering I was only feet from what happened & no attention was paid that a customer is in the midst of this completely unprofessional atmosphere. The employee who was now at the counter issued an apology but management walked right past as if nothing happened. I'm hesitant to visit this location again because of this very unprofessional & unorganized way of running an establishment. It's unfortunate because this location was very convenient being that I am a new resident in Henderson but I will have to look elsewhere.
