Those 5 stars reviews are NOT trustworthy. Especially the front person Avilin ( or whatever) is extremely RUDE as F. I bet many people have the same experience with her over the phone. She sounds like unhappy to work there or just a rude cranky person who can NOT DEAL WITH the busy work environment. When I was there for the first time, I checked in like 15 mins earlier, BUT they kept me waiting for 2 HOURS! I saw many patients were going into the room, but they all came after me, BUT I was just sitting alone in the waiting room for 2 hours UNTIL I complained about it! Here are soooooo many pain clinics in NW, I don't need to stick with the RUDE PEOPLE there! BE AWARE of these FAKE REVIEWS!!!!!
