Horrible customer service. I came in to pick up a pizza; they'd made the wrong one, but that wasn't the issue. When I asked that their mistake be reflected in the final price of the order (i.e., that they'd give me a discount for screwing up), I was brought a manager, who very coldly and rudely told me he would not give me any amount off at all. I should not have had to argue with him about it. I didn't even get an apology.
To boot, the pizza was quite subpar, very dry. I used to like this place - the people who worked here were friendly, and the pizza was quite good. A shame it's gone downhill.
