I am going to give this place four stars because it's such an interesting concept to take the components of a burger and put it in sushi roll and vice versa. After eating horribly for the past weekend, I decided to stick with just the sushi. It was a little spendy, but you get a lot of the price--I made two meals out of two rolls! For sushi in North Carolina, it was very decent. My waitress was very informative and attentive. I am allergic to crab and she made such that wasn't an issue, also replaced the kanji in my roll with extra shrimp tempura. My iced tea never went empty either. Good customer service, great concept, okay food.
