I've been here twice now, and purchased the fast pass (monthly recurring membership for unlimited washes). It's brand new, and within a couple blocks of my house, and I happen to have a pigeon problem, so I thought the monthly pass was a great idea.
The reason it gets 3 stars is because every time I've had to wait in line to get through the gate (so much for speed), and never have they offered the car freshener nor sprayed the bird poop prior to entering the wash, so it is still covered after two washes. Other CleanFreak locations have always done this, otherwise I wouldn't expect it (and I've visited plenty of these in my years as a Lyft driver)!
Hopefully when it slows down from being brand new this changes, and I get to update my review!
