WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Today I went in to return a pair of leggings I purchased online. The leggings were completely see through, I could tell without even trying them on. When I went to return them the woman told me I could not because the tags were not attached. I had the tags with me and explained that they had ripped off in the mail and I had never even tried them on. She said that she could not help me so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager was an extremely rude man who told me that unless the tags are attached correctly the item can not be returned, even though the item was defective. Not only is this ridiculous, but this man was also so incredibly rude. I will absolutely never shop here again and will be taking this up with my bank. DO NOT shop here- the clothing is horrible quality and the sales associates I spoke with were horrible.
