Fernando's isn't always easy to find but it's one of the food trucks that I'll always stop for when I see it around. The two words I associate with Fernando's are authentic and fresh. I love being able to get tacos de lengua (tongue) and other items that you don't usually see around town.
The proprietor is friendly and service is quick as you'd expect. The sauces he makes are awesome, although you may want to be careful to choose one that doesn't exceed your heat tolerance-some are pretty dang hot!
