WOW- what a great 1st experience. Had a fender bender yesterday and contacted them regarding repairs. They were referred by my insurance company- The Hartford They were awesome and suggested I come for an estimate this morning. Already scheduled my repairs for Monday morning. Went in this morning and met Alec in the parking area who greeted me and said he would be with me in just a few moments and to wait inside--just let them know that he was going to assist me. Walked in to a very nice waiting are and was approached by John (who I now know is the owner) and asked if he could help me. Told him I was waiting for Alec and he asked if he could help. He was awesome. Came out himself to look at my car so I would not have to wait (on my way to work) and helped me understand the process with the rental car and the length of time for the repair. Gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions or needed any assistance on Monday (have an appointment not long after scheduled drop off time. Really a great experience and John was great.. Can't wait to have my car repaired by them.

Just picked up my car. It looks better than new. They called mid week to give me an up date and again when it was all finished. Set up time to pick up at my convenience. The car was ready and waiting for me this morning. I highly recommend them. They were great to work with and most accommodating.
