I stayed here for spring training this year. It's not a bad hotel but for $300 a night it's not worth it. The hotel doesn't serve food, it has no laundry room or services, no dressers in the rooms so you live out of a suitcase, and our toilet needed to be fixed 3 times, and no cable TV (you stream everything from your own phone). The toilet would get clogged just from pee.
The good is the hotel does have a good party vibe, good location, and friendly staff. The pool is nice and fun to hang on a hot day. I think if the rooms were more reasonably priced I would give it 4 stars.
