I don't have anything bad to say about this place. It is definitely a budget accommodation in a slightly dated building however it totally serves its purpose for unexpected travel. As another reviewer said, this location is next to the hwy. Hwy 74 to be exact. The bad is that you can hear everything from your room but the good is its central location. It's within walking distance of Dollar General, Walmart, Lowe's, Logan's, Showmars and a number of other places.
My king room had basic amenities: coffee maker, sofa, iron w/board (board was broken), microwave, fridge, flatscreen and desk. Individual climate control, outside room entry with covered awning. I do feel like the floor could have been vacuumed better around the desk, the towels could have been larger and the room smelled fresher...dated as I said earlier. The bed and pillows were quite comfy though.
Breakfast was ok, definitely what I was expecting. Patty and link sausage, disk shaped eggs (not the best but did the job), cereal, danishes, hot coffee which was pretty descent with flavored creamer and make your own waffles. This was my favorite because out of every hotel, fancy or not, I've never come across cinnamon waffles. They were delicious!
I checked in late but the staff was super friendly as if it were still mid-day, that's super rare these days. The morning staff was just as friendly and accommodating, all the way down to the breakfast attendant.
