Have had bad experience with this management company. the latest was a letter advising me I was in violation of trash in my front yard that had a picture and was signed off by Ellen Hornacek Community Manager.... I called because the picture was not my house and the "trash" was clearly a plant in the pot from home depot that just has not been planted yet. I requested a call back and never got it. I emailed Ellen about this after a few weeks of no response wanting to confirm it has been removed from my account and that was disappointed because the picture was wrong didn't even show an address, and the plant to me this cost my HOA, it also cost me my time to dispute it. I asked for confirmation back. The email response did not even address me by name or account simply said "it has been removed" talk about unprofessional to not even address me by name or take ownership that it was a mistake in the first place due to wrong home as well as could have used some discretion when sending out violations to actually look at them. Have had several homes with different HOA management companies and by far this is the worse... If you are and HOA find another company
