I placed an online phone order and made an appointment to pick and set it up at this location. I won't go into all of the details but there was a lot of miscommunication to recieve and active the phone. Every time I completed one step, I was informed about another step I needed to complete. On the last step I suggested to clearly inform customers of the steps to complete and what to expect. Not only did the representatives take zero ownership their role in the situation, they started listing reasons as to why it was my fault. Unfortunately I received very poor customer service at this location.
