Update 8.1.16
Since posting my initial review I was contacted by one franchise owner Max here in AZ. It turns out I had been working with an office that was located in California. He was very empathetic and showed concern for my experience. While he understood he could not go back and change things, he offered some restitution which I appreciated. If you do choose to use Skinny Wimp in the future be sure to reach out to the office here in AZ directly! They seem to be very focused on customer service. Thank you Max!

I used their services about 5 months ago. At first the customer service was great. I was thinking about using the GroupOn so I called to inquire. The gal was very nice and based on our discussion sent me a fork to see how much time I'd need. I was only moving a mile away. When the movers arrived they were also very nice but said there was no way they could move my stuff in the time allotted. I said I would pay for an extra hour and they got started. Long story short they didn't even move half my stuff and I paid twice as much as the estimate. When I called to discuss this I got an apology and said someone would call me back. I never heard from them again. While everyone was nice, it does not negate the fact the estimate was completely off, I paid double for half the work and was never contacted again.
Small addition: I went back and read through more recent reviews after posting mine and found others with similar experiences. I appreciate others' experiences on Yelp and encourage people to keep posting so we can learn from each other's mistakes.
