If there were zero stars that would be my choice. As previously mentioned in other reviews this company was assigned to service my garage door through AHS Home Warranty. I have a 2 year old brand new garage door and garage door opener. The service professional insisted that because my garage door was "not maintained" springs, wheels, motor and whole rail system would need repairs. Only the motor was covered by warranty so I would have to pay out of pocket for the remaining repairs. If I didn't pay for all the additional repairs he would tell warranty company to deny my claim. Do NOT use these guys, crooks! Unbelievable!
UPDATE: I had another repair company come today who assessed the problem to be stripped gears on the lift assembly, the trolley. They charged me ZERO since they didn't have the part on hand they told me I could order the part online and replace it myself. It cost me $22......
