This place...... Seriously what a joke. We checked in Sunday at a kiosk and you get the feeling Caesars wants as little interaction as possible with guests. We are staying in the new Julius Tower and we told it had been completed the prior month. They were wrong! Hammering and drilling starts at 6:15 am! I did not call or complain because I figured it was a maintenance crew. Guess what...Tuesday morning at 6:15am it sounds like the ceiling above my bed is going to cave in. I called guest services and they told me that it was still under construction and they couldn't help it. He then said I should have been informed and if it was such a big deal why didn't I call yesterday. Nice customer service Caesars he told me I could get a room change (we check out today) Add in the fact that the casino isn't very exciting and they shut down cleopatra 'a barge and made it the gossy room :/ We picked Caesars because we had never stayed here and I truly wished I had avoided this sad old dinosaur.
