All I can say is run! This company one problem after another. I'm glad we own our own home now. We were in a home that was 30 years old. Appliances,blinds,carpet all very old as well. They tried charging me 150 each blind that broke. Charging me for electrical issue etc!! The lady who does walk through of house talks down to you. She does not even say hi. Walks through the house not a word besides why did I fix the lights. Excuse me I mentioned lights twice to ur company. Electrical is not my problem. All I can say it's very stressful dealing with them. They have no problem raising rent year after year, but do not keep up well with house. Now, I have just learned they said they did not charge me electrical but 50$ each light bulb( are you serious). I had a professional made come in. Was not good enough according to them and they charged me again.I was being charged for 2 years for garbage from my rent and either this management company didn't catch or do their job or the homeowner. I was also paying my own garbage. So I was double paying garbage and another charging they were ripping me off on. This should illegal for charging for a service that was not done!!!!!
