This company has the worst customer service known to man. A week ago we went to the airport to pick up the rental after I reserved a vehicle on Priceline. We (my husband and my in laws) walked up to their desk and right off the bat the woman at the desk was terribly rude. She told us we had to pay more for some reasons I honestly do not want to type due to this being a novel as it already is. We asked why it's more because we didn't see it on priceline while we reserved the vehicle. She answered rudely saying, "BECAUSE. YOU. DIDN'T. RENT. OFF. OF. OUR SITE." Not to mention we literally JUST walked up to her and started the process. My husband told her she didn't need to have a attitude and she got short with us yet again saying she is not having a attitude. Then this woman had the balls turning to her fellow associate RIGHT in front of us and other customers, "I don't understand why THEY ALL get pissed off when we tell them they have to go on our website to read our fine print. " She laughed and shook her head and proceeded to do our paperwork for our rental. Once all that madness went down we picked up the car around the corner. The car was a piece of you know what. The lighter ports for charing your electronics didn't work, you could see there was obviously a soda that exploded in the back and it was super sticky, the tires were crap AND hopefully they wont get us for the chipped paint on the front hood. Before we took the car off the lot we took tons of photos like the guy said just to save our own asses so we wont get docked for it. I will never, EVER rent from them again.
