I would never go back. I dropped my car off at 9:30 AM on a Sunday, there was 1 car in the bay and 1 gentleman in front of me getting a wash. I left and was called back on my cell because there was paper work that the guy forgot to have me fill out so I had to turn around. I asked for a detail and was high pressured for about everything under the sun (I refused). I was told it would be 3 hours tops! I called at 1:00, not ready, I called at 3, not ready, I called at 4 and was told 4:30 it would be ready (that is 4 hours longer than they promised). Got there at 4:30 to pick it up, windows streaky, car mats soaking wet thrown in the back and it was just coming out of the bay. I paid for a detail ($200) and was told that they had to add on the 14.99 for the wash--are you kidding me? Not worth the hassle or the unorganized way things were handled. Next time I will do it myself!
