While the food was good I'm only giving one star because the service and then the follow up by the manager was HORRIBLE and OFFENSIVE!! When my meal didn't come out right, the waitress avoided me and then the manager came over and said there was a "misunderstanding" between me and the waitress. When I told him there was no misunderstanding, he started to laugh at me and said, "that's not what the waitress told me." He never apologized for the misunderstanding, didn't offer any accommodations, and simply walked away. What happened to making sure the customer is satisfied. I will never eat in that outback steakhouse again.
