Upon arrival, I didn't feel a welcoming vibe. The lady at the front desk just handed me paperwork and didn't act happy to be there at all. The ultrasound tech was the same way, we tried to explain how we wanted her to reveal the gender and kept cutting me off saying it was confusing. They made us feel as if we were a bother and weren't a customer giving them business. We originally wanted a higher priced package but the lady at the front desk told us not to because those packages were for babies that were further along. Overall we were all made to feel uncomfortable and the staff wasn't cooperative. We won't be back and are disappointed that the experience was hindered by rude staff.
