My family and I visited District One for the first time and we loved the appetizers and Pho. We came during their happy hour and ordered nearly everything on that menu! The staff were very attentive and our waitress Julia was fantastic and engaged with everyone. The Serrano wings were so delicious, not spicy at all, but crunchy and perfectly seasoned. We actually ordered another dozen later on! The garlic fries, beef carpaccio, egg rolls, pork belly buns (delish!), and papaya salad were tasty. The fish tacos were ok, the flavor wasn't that outstanding/bold. We ordered the ribeye Pho and the broth was flavorful, and the noodles perfectly cooked. I tried the Bloody Mary, which was pretty good. The ambience inside was very modern and clean. My mom was with us and she was happy with everything...which is a rarity since she's hard to please, especially with new fusion/modern places! That, plus the awesome service is what makes it 5 stars! Definitely a must visit!
