Tatum and Shea location. Poor customer service on many levels. 1. I was asking the help of several employees to find specific items on my list, and was sent to the wrong sections of the store most of the time. They don't seem to know their store's most up to date product placement. 2. When I embarked to find the last item on my own, an employee took my full cart from the end of the isle to return my items to the shelves... this is after I have been collecting these from all over the store for over an hour! Luckily, the employee was paged, and returned the cart to me with all items still in it. 3. The final straw was when I asked the cashier that my 4 coupons to be applied in a way that results in the highest saving. She told me that she knows what she's doing, then the coupons were torn without asking me, and thrown into the garbage can "after being used". May be she did it the right way, but certainly wasn't communicating well. In my job, if I pursued with a "my way or the highway" attitude without any explanation, I'd have a hard time time keeping clients. So I asked the manager to reprint the coupons, left the store without my stuff, and will continue my search in another one. Will not return here.
