The apartment upstairs somehow over flowed their toilet and stained our guest room. Maintenance came in and SPRAY PAINTED over the stain. DISGUSTING.
upstairs neighbors were very loud so we complained. And was told we need a police report to justify moving apartments.
When we didn't resign our lease they asked why and we told them we weren't happy with our neighbors. They THEN offered to let us move apartments.
Management doesn't give a flip about you after you sign your lease.
BE VERY WARY. Yes they're on the lake but don't let the view distract you from the crappy workmanship on all aspects of the house. From horrible tiling that already molding to paint on the carpet.
For example -- came home to all the cement pulled up completely blocking our entry to our apartment. NO WARNING or apology. Just "oh well".
Save your money and go somewhere better. Like Colonial Grand ....
Any place is better than this place.
