A relative spent a few days here and I don't understand the overwhelmingly negative reviews. The staff were helpful and friendly. They really seemed to care. And I've seen other rehab places where the staff was heinous. Please note that each person's care and level of rehab is dependent on their insurance. You're not going to get six hours a day of rehab if your insurance doesn't cover it! So, I think the criticisms of "my mom/dad/friend/brother was always in bed" is unfair. There isn't only one level of care offered, so, remember that. Also, this place isn't a hospital, it's rehab. If someone needs hospital-level care, take them to a nursing home! Now, the place did occasionally smell like urine BUT, the place was packed with elderly that could barely move. I'm sure there were a lot of diaper changes going on but, overall, the place seemed clean. Now, the food was gross, I will say that. Even the grilled cheese was messed up! How do screw that up?!?!
