Recently divorced, friends invited me and my children and dog up to flagstaff for the weekend. Throughout all the chaos in my world, I forgot that my ex told me two of my tires were shot. I started on our trip to flag, and had to stop at big O tires. Didn't know what to expect or how long we would be there. Kids and dog were already grumpy. Every single bay was full. Kyle pulled my car up to the side of the building and used a manual jack and replaced my two bad tires himself within 20 minutes of us arriving. Words cannot express how unbelievably grateful I am for his compassion, understanding, kindness and just his flat out awesomeness.
