Cyclemania is small, stuffy and full of bicycles and parts. What it isn't full of is customer service.
So I walk in in search of tires. One of the two staff there in the far back pointed me to the messy rack of bike tires, but that is as much acknowledgement to my presence as I will get. Other than that, they left me to my own device searching in vain while they stood in the back chatting amongst themselves.
Not once did either men come up to me and offered any help, like perhaps assistance in finding the right sized tire for my bike. Ah fuck it, they probably didn't even know I left.
There are better bike shops in the east end, though you'll have to peddle a couple more miles to reach them.
