Extraordinary customer service, quality cleaning. The staff have really went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. Elen is very thorough with appointment setting and following up. It was pretty simple to schedule the appointment. The only unfortunate part of the service was that their cleaning technicians appeared to be in a rush that day. They didn't have me do a walk-through or sign anything, and when they left, I discovered all of these black streaks and indentations on the baseboards from their equipment. I'm guessing this doesn't happen very often but I was pleased with how Green Home handled it. I'm not one to complain much but this was a little hard for me to ignore. I received a follow up call from Elen and I explained what happened plus I sent her pictures. She immediately spoke with the manager and offered to discount 25% off plus sent another two techs the next day to try wiping off the streaks. They didn't quite fix the issue and I sent more pics to Elen. She promptly got one of their long-time contractors in touch with me and he came over today to touch up the baseboards. He was such a nice professional person and did great work that I am going to hire him to do some other jobs for me in the future. This review was mostly based on excellent customer service and follow up I received. The carpets were cleaned well and the few mishaps that occurred were handled impressively. It's really hard to find quality customer service anymore, especially in Vegas. I would definitely give Green Home my business again and hopefully next time will go a little more smoothly.
