My husband and I were relocating to Charlotte. Our plan was to stay a week or two, but we ended up there for 18days. 5/18 days no one came to make our bed, I had to ask to the housekeeper to change the linnen after the first week. We usually left early the room and we asked front desk if they could do our bedroom early. (They said no problem). Never happened. The breakfast area gets crowded since there are a lot of conventions.. The variety is not so good, but the woman who prepares it is so kind. The wifi is horrible! It is impossible to do anything with it, and if you decide to go to the business office good luck with it. I tried and tried... In addition of being slow, small windows dennying acces to everywhere is horrible! (Google, hotmail, gmail..) we were trying to find a house and was impossible!! I ended up going to the Northlake Mall and use their wifi! The fitness center was close somedays with no reason... They do have a 'small shop' with snacks and beverages.. In case you need anything.. I think that the hotel for business people and one night basis could be good enough.. But if you are planning to stay longer, or you really need to work afterhours in your room... Choose another hotel...
