Save yourself the headache and frustration and do not rent here. I have complained to management way too many times about the sh*theads above us who do not know what common decency is. They have their kid running and jumping around all day and often do their laundry late at night, sometimes even starting their washer at 2 AM! I hear your kid running and jumping around all day, so why not do it then? Management always states they will talk to these people about it or send them "final" notices, but the noise just continues. Other things you will encounter are gates that do not work, dog poop all over the sidewalk, high crime, and empty promises by management. I cannot wait for my lease to end so I can leave this sh*thole apartment.
